Nautilus Homes Receives Three National Home Builder’s Awards

The Sarasota-based luxury builder Nautilus Homes has been honored with not one, but three national awards for two different homes. The company was recently honored for two Best in American Living Awards and one Nationals award by the National Home Builder’s Association. Nautilus owner and co-founder Ryan Perrone says that 2020 has already been a monumental year.

“We’re celebrating our 10th year this year and this is a wonderful way to acknowledge our hard work and success. We expect the next 10 years to be as rewarding.” Perrone adds that he and his wife, Brittany, also welcomed their first child this month. “It’s been a great year so far!” he says.

Nautilus Homes received two major awards at the Best in American Living Awards (BALA) at the International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas in January. The company received a Gold award in the category of Best Custom Home (4,001 to 5,000 square feet) for its build of Old Grove, an antebellum-style estate in Ellenton. It also received a Platinum award for Design Detail on its Orchid Beach home’s Orchid Conservatory. Now in its 36th year, BALA recognizes outstanding achievement by builders and design professionals in all sectors of the residential housing industry.
